Terms of Use
By using Tinted (the iOS app and gettinted.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Tinted is operated by Everline.
Service
Tinted provides AI-powered hair color and hairstyle previews for personal use. Results are illustrative. They are not professional salon, medical, or colorist advice, and they may differ from a real-world cut or dye.
Your content
You must only upload photos you have the right to use. You grant us a limited license to process those photos so we can generate the preview you requested. Do not upload others’ photos without permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your Apple, Google, or email account in the app. Contact support@gettinted.app if you need an account removed.
Subscriptions & credits
Tinted Pro is a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, Apple charges the then-current price and the subscription renews. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Pro includes a credit pool (500 credits each week, or 2,000 each month). Each export uses 25 credits (20 weekly / 80 monthly exports). Unused credits do not roll over after the period ends. Credits are not cash and are not sold separately.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use generated images to harm or impersonate someone.
